文獻(xiàn)名稱：鐵型覆砂鑄造磨球工藝的試驗(yàn)研究

    前言：應(yīng)用鐵型覆砂鑄造技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)磨球工藝裝備和試驗(yàn)裝置,進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工藝試驗(yàn),獲得了關(guān)鍵工藝參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,新工藝生產(chǎn)的磨球尺寸精度可以達(dá)到CT6級(jí),表面粗糙度達(dá)到Ra12.5,球鐵材質(zhì)鑄態(tài)硬度(HRC)平均值為32～34,直徑60mm磨球的工藝出品率達(dá)到70%,生產(chǎn)工序少、周期短,適合機(jī)械化生產(chǎn)線方式進(jìn)行大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)。
