【摘要】:采用鑄錠冶金法制備高Zn(質量分數(shù)為10.8%)7075鋁合金,用金相顯微鏡、掃描電鏡和能譜等分析了提高Zn含量后7075鋁合金顯微組織的變化,并研究了不同回歸熱處理對該合金力學性能的影響。結果表明,Zn質量分數(shù)提高到10.8%時,合金晶粒細化,在T6狀態(tài)下,合金抗拉強度達到650 MPa,屈服強度為620 MPa,較常規(guī)7075鋁合金分別提高了10.2%和13.8%,但伸長率僅為2.8%;含10.8%Zn的7075鋁合金經(jīng)優(yōu)化回歸熱處理(120℃×12 h+190℃×10 min+120℃×16 h)后,抗拉強度為714 MPa,屈服強度為690 MPa,伸長率為8.3%,較T6狀態(tài)分別提高了9.8%、11.3%及196%。
[Abstract]:High Zn (10.8%) 7075 aluminum alloy was prepared by ingot metallurgical method. The changes of microstructure of 7075 aluminum alloy after increasing Zn content were analyzed by SEM and EDS. The effect of different regression heat treatment on the mechanical properties of 7075 aluminum alloy was studied. When Zn content increased to 10.8, the grain size of the alloy was refined, and the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy reached 650MPa and 620 MPa respectively under T6 condition.
