水泥窯尾粉塵性質(zhì)對高溫靜電捕集的影響規(guī)律

【摘要】:建立高溫線板式靜電除塵實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),將某干法水泥窯尾粉塵作為實(shí)驗(yàn)樣品,測試粉塵比電阻.通過X射線熒光分析、場發(fā)射掃描電鏡及馬爾文激光粒度儀分析粉塵的化學(xué)成分、形貌及粒徑分布特性,研究373~773K下靜電除塵器對水泥窯尾粉塵的脫除規(guī)律.結(jié)果表明:水泥窯尾粉塵CaO質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)高達(dá)42.91%,K2O與Na2O質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)低至0.57%、0.16%,導(dǎo)致粉塵比電阻的最高值達(dá)到1.75×1013Ω·cm.粉塵脫除效率隨溫度的升高先下降后上升,在423~673K高比電阻段(1012Ω·cm),粉塵脫除效率低于90%.水泥窯尾粉塵PM1.0顆粒粒子數(shù)密度約占顆?倲(shù)目的87.5%,373K下,PM1.0脫除效率為82.1%,明顯低于PM2.5、PM10脫除效率的95.1%、95.7%,但高溫強(qiáng)化了細(xì)顆粒的擴(kuò)散荷電;773K下,PM1.0脫除效率與PM2.5、PM10的差距減小.增大比收塵面積可以有效地提高高溫下水泥窯尾粉塵的脫除效率.
[Abstract]:The experimental system of electrostatic dust removal with high temperature wire plate was established. The dust at the end of a dry cement kiln was used as the experimental sample to test the specific resistance of dust. The chemical composition, morphology and particle size distribution of dust were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence analysis, field emission scanning electron microscope and Ma Erwen laser particle size meter. The removal of dust from cement kiln tail by electrostatic precipitator at 373 / 773k was studied. The results show that the CaO content of cement kiln tail dust is 42.91%, the mass fraction of K2O and Na2O is as low as 0.57%, 0.16%, resulting in the maximum dust specific resistance of 1.75 脳 1013 惟 cm.. The dust removal efficiency decreased at first and then increased with the increase of temperature, and the dust removal efficiency was less than 90% in 423 鈮,
