【摘要】：早期塑性收縮對高延性水泥基復合材料(ECC)應用效果有直接影響。通過非接觸式收縮試驗研究了纖維摻量對ECC早期塑性收縮的影響。結果表明,在摻量小于0.9%時,隨著聚乙烯醇(PVA)纖維體積摻量的增加,早期塑性收縮量逐漸減小,但纖維摻量超過0.9%后,早期塑性收縮值趨于穩(wěn)定�；谠囼灲Y果,通過回歸分析提出了適用于高纖維摻量的ECC早期塑性收縮值預測公式。
[Abstract]:The early plastic shrinkage has a direct effect on the application effect of high ductile cement matrix composites (ECC). The effect of fiber content on the early plastic shrinkage of ECC was studied by contactless shrinkage test. The results show that when the content of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber is less than 0.9%, the early plastic shrinkage decreases gradually with the increase of polyvinyl alcohol fiber volume content, but the early plastic shrinkage tends to be stable when the fiber content is more than 0.9%. Based on the experimental results, a formula for predicting the early plastic shrinkage of ECC, which is suitable for high fiber content, is proposed by regression analysis.
