重質(zhì)煤瀝青制備中間相炭微球的研究

【摘要】:以溶劑萃取獲得的富含原生喹啉不溶物(PQI)的重質(zhì)煤瀝青為原料,通過熱聚法制備中間相炭微球(MCMB)。研究了聚合條件對MCMB的微觀形態(tài)、收率及β樹脂含量的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,包裹在MCMB表面的PQI微粒抑制了其長大,在420℃反應(yīng)4~6 h制備出的MCMB球形度好、粒度小且均勻;MCMB收率隨反應(yīng)時間的延長、聚合溫度的升高而增大,最高能達45%以上;其β樹脂含量隨反應(yīng)時間的增加而顯著減小,炭化后的MCMB表面由許多1μm左右的片狀顆粒堆砌而成,僅含C、O兩種元素。
[Abstract]:Mesophase carbon microspheres (MCMB). Were prepared by thermal polymerization from heavy coal tar pitch rich in primary quinolin insoluble (PQI) obtained by solvent extraction. The effects of polymerization conditions on the morphology, yield and 尾 resin content of MCMB were studied.
