煤矸石制備燒結(jié)磚的方法和性能研究

【摘要】:實驗以煤矸石為主要原料,探究并確定煤矸石的粒度、成型壓力對煤矸石磚的影響,確定最佳的煤矸石粒度和成型壓力。實驗結(jié)果表明:成型壓力不變,燒結(jié)溫度為1 000℃時,隨著煤矸石粒度增大,樣品吸水率增大,抗壓強度和密度減小。煤矸石粒度、燒結(jié)溫度不變時,隨著成型壓力增大,樣品吸水率減小,抗壓強度和密度增大。
