不同服役年限再生粗骨料對混凝土抗壓性能影響的試驗研究

【摘要】:為了研究不同服役年限再生粗骨料對混凝土抗壓性能的影響,在西安地區(qū)選取了三種不同服役年限的再生粗骨料,對其物理性能指標進行了測試,并制作了26組78個試塊,對其立方體與棱柱體抗壓強度進行了測試,并初步對其強度比值進行了計算。結(jié)果表明,再生骨料的各項密度指標均出現(xiàn)了降低,孔隙率與吸水率大幅增加;不同服役年限的再生骨料增大了混凝土的立方體抗壓強度,使軸心抗壓強度出現(xiàn)波動,且隨著服役年限的增加,使強度值的變化出現(xiàn)了緩和的趨勢;棱柱體與立方體抗壓強度的比值范圍為0.79~0.96,鑒于實際,文中建議取0.79。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of recycled coarse aggregate with different service life on the compressive performance of concrete, three kinds of recycled coarse aggregate with different service life were selected in Xi'an area. The physical properties of the recycled coarse aggregate were tested, and 26 groups of 78 test blocks were made. The compressive strength of cube and prism is tested and the ratio of strength is calculated. The results showed that the density index of recycled aggregate decreased and the porosity and water absorption increased significantly. The recycled aggregate with different service life increases the cube compressive strength of concrete and makes the axial compressive strength fluctuate, and with the increase of service life, the change of strength appears a tendency of relaxation. The ratio of prism to cube compressive strength is 0.79 ~ 0.96. In view of the actual situation, it is suggested that 0.79.
