微波對鉀長石在堿性條件下低溫提鉀性能的影響

【摘要】:介紹了一種鉀長石低溫提鉀方法,即利用微波加熱對鉀長石粉進行預處理,再通過低溫條件下的鉀長石-氧化鈣-氫氧化鈉體系的水熱反應,達到在短時間內高效提取鉀的效果。分別討論了微波功率、氧化鈣用量、氫氧化鈉與氧化鈣的質量比、反應時間、反應溫度等對鉀溶出率的影響,從而得到優(yōu)化工藝條件。研究結果表明,在微波功率為800 W時預處理15 min、氧化鈣用量為0.5 g(以1 g鉀長石計)、氫氧化鈉與氧化鈣質量比為9、200℃水熱反應3 h條件下提鉀效果最佳。在優(yōu)化工藝條件下鉀的溶出率達到83.5%;而相同條件下,未經(jīng)過微波預處理的樣品,其鉀的溶出率僅為65%。通過X射線衍射(XRD)對微波預處理后鉀長石粉及反應后的濾渣進行了物性分析。結果表明,經(jīng)過微波預處理后,鉀長石表面及內部都發(fā)生了改變,其表面變得粗糙,同時生成了(Ca,Na)(Al,Si)_2Si_2O_8等產物;水熱反應后得到硅酸氫鈣鈉(NaCaHSiO_4)等產物。
[Abstract]:A method for extracting potassium at low temperature from potassium feldspar is introduced. The potassium feldspar powder is pretreated by microwave heating, and the hydrothermal reaction of potassium feldspar, calcium oxide and sodium hydroxide system is carried out at low temperature. The effect of extracting potassium efficiently in a short time is achieved. The effects of microwave power, amount of calcium oxide, mass ratio of sodium hydroxide to calcium oxide, reaction time and reaction temperature on the dissolution rate of potassium were discussed respectively. The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows: microwave power is 800W, the amount of calcium oxide is 0.5 g, the mass ratio of sodium hydroxide to calcium oxide is 9200 鈩,
