生物質(zhì)灰對(duì)水泥硬化漿體抗壓強(qiáng)度影響的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:對(duì)比研究了生物質(zhì)灰與普通粉煤灰在粒度分布、顆粒形態(tài)、化學(xué)組成、活性指數(shù)等方面的不同,并開(kāi)展了不同摻量生物質(zhì)灰對(duì)水泥硬化漿體抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響研究。結(jié)果表明:生物質(zhì)灰顆粒形狀不規(guī)則、平均粒徑及粒徑分布范圍較大,具有特有的細(xì)長(zhǎng)纖維狀顆粒,且其活性組分Al2O3不足普通粉煤灰的三分之一;生物質(zhì)灰的火山灰活性小于普通粉煤灰;相同摻量下,生物質(zhì)灰-水泥復(fù)合膠砂各齡期的抗壓強(qiáng)度均小于普通粉煤灰-水泥復(fù)合膠砂,生物質(zhì)灰摻量越大,復(fù)合膠砂的強(qiáng)度相比純水泥組下降程度越大;與普通粉煤灰相比,摻加生物質(zhì)灰的硬化水泥漿體微觀結(jié)構(gòu)更為疏松多孔,特別是其特有的細(xì)長(zhǎng)纖維狀顆粒的存在。
[Abstract]:The differences of particle size distribution, particle morphology, chemical composition and activity index between biomass ash and ordinary fly ash were studied. The effect of different amount of biomass ash on compressive strength of cement hardened slurry was studied. The results showed that the particle shape of biomass ash was irregular, the average particle size and particle size distribution range was large, and the biomass ash had special slender fibrous particles. Its active component Al2O3 is less than 1/3 of ordinary fly ash, and the pozzolanic activity of biomass ash is lower than that of common fly ash. The compressive strength of biomass ash / cement composite mortar is lower than that of common fly ash cement compound cement sand at each age. The more biomass ash is added, the greater the strength of composite cement sand is compared with that of pure cement group, and compared with ordinary fly ash, the strength of composite cement sand decreases more than that of common fly ash. The microstructure of hardened cement paste mixed with biomass ash is more porous, especially the existence of slender fibrous particles.
