超聲輔助稠環(huán)芳烴Schiff堿的合成及表征

【摘要】:以1-萘甲醛、9-蒽醛和苯胺、對苯二胺及1,5-二氨基萘為原料合成5種稠環(huán)芳烴Schiff堿.采用加熱回流和超聲輔助合成1-萘甲醛縮苯胺時,發(fā)現(xiàn)超聲輔助使反應(yīng)時間由加熱回流的8 h縮短到3 h,產(chǎn)率由加熱回流的66.38%提高到83.11%,這一結(jié)果表明超聲輔助不僅可以縮短反應(yīng)時間,而且能夠顯著提高反應(yīng)產(chǎn)率.因此,在超聲輔助下合成了稠環(huán)芳烴Schiff堿,反應(yīng)時間僅在2~4 h之間,產(chǎn)率在83.8%~91.6%之間.5種Schiff堿化合物均由一步反應(yīng)得到,反應(yīng)無需加熱,無需催化劑.目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物經(jīng)1HNMR,IR,ESI-MS和UV-Vis表征確認.
[Abstract]:Five kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (Schiff bases) were synthesized from 1-naphthalene formaldehyde, 9-anthracene aldehyde and aniline, p-phenylenediamine and 1hali-5-diaminonaphthalene as raw materials. When 1-naphthalene formaldehyde aniline was synthesized by heating reflux and ultrasonic assisted synthesis, it was found that the ultrasonic assisted reaction time was shortened from 8 h to 3 h, and the yield was increased from 66.38% to 83.11%. The results show that ultrasound can not only shorten the reaction time, but also significantly improve the yield of the reaction. Therefore, the thick cyclic aromatic Schiff base was synthesized under the aid of ultrasound. The reaction time was only 2h and the yield was between 83.8% and 91.6%. All of the five Schiff base compounds were obtained by one step reaction without heating and without catalyst. The target product was confirmed by 1H N MRN IR ESI-MS and UV-Vis.
