【摘要】：水體中重金屬污染越來越受到人們的關(guān)注與重視,急需開發(fā)高效低耗、利于推廣的便攜式的水質(zhì)檢測(cè)技術(shù),幫助地質(zhì)及環(huán)境領(lǐng)域的工作者現(xiàn)場(chǎng)獲取實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)污染區(qū)域及時(shí)做出準(zhǔn)確的水體環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià),有助于水體污染的預(yù)防與治理工作。采用無外接電源的富集裝置,在pH 4的條件下以S-930螯合樹脂捕集水體中的重金屬,經(jīng)抽濾制得均勻薄膜樣,再使用手持式XRF現(xiàn)場(chǎng)分析水體中Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn和Pb等6種重金屬元素。各元素標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線的相關(guān)性r0.992,方法檢出限為5.8~18.6μg·L-1,精確度基本控制在15%RSD以內(nèi)。方法應(yīng)用于我國(guó)東北某礦區(qū)周邊采集的20余個(gè)地表/下水樣品的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)分析,檢測(cè)結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)室ICP-MS結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比:兩種方法的Pb,Ni和Cu一致性良好;Zn和Mn含量高的樣品,ICP-MS結(jié)果高于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)XRF結(jié)果,可能因溶液中存在細(xì)微懸浮顆粒引起,但總體趨勢(shì)一致;兩種方法對(duì)水質(zhì)類型的總體判斷結(jié)果一致。本法使用的富集和測(cè)量裝置體積小、重量輕、便于攜帶,不使用外接電源,可在12h內(nèi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)完成10個(gè)水體樣品的采集、前處理操作、結(jié)果獲取及數(shù)據(jù)處理等工作,避免實(shí)驗(yàn)室分析方法檢測(cè)工作中存在的交通運(yùn)輸、測(cè)試周期長(zhǎng)、測(cè)試成本高等問題,基本具備了在偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)分析水體中六種重金屬元素、評(píng)定水質(zhì)的能力,具有較好的推廣應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:People pay more and more attention to heavy metal pollution in water body. It is urgent to develop high efficiency and low consumption and portable water quality detection technology to help workers in geological and environmental fields to obtain experimental data on the spot. Timely and accurate assessment of water environment in polluted areas is helpful to the prevention and control of water pollution. A enrichment device without external power supply was used to capture heavy metals in water with S-930 chelating resin under pH 4. Homogeneous film samples were obtained by leaching and filtration. Six heavy metal elements, such as MnFeFeFeNiNiCU Zn and Pb, were analyzed in situ by hand-held XRF. The correlation of the standard curve of each element is r 0.992.The detection limit of the method is 5.8g / L ~ (-1), and the precision is basically controlled within 15%RSD. The method was applied to the field analysis of more than 20 surface / water samples collected around a mining area in northeast China. The results were compared with the results of laboratory ICP-MS. The results of ICP-MS of the samples with high content of Pb, Ni and Cu were higher than those of the field XRF, which might be caused by the existence of fine suspended particles in the solution, but the general trend was the same. The results of the two methods are consistent with those of the general judgment of water quality types. The enrichment and measurement device used in this method is small in volume, light in weight, easy to carry, and without external power supply. It can complete the collection, pre-processing operation, result acquisition and data processing of 10 water samples in 12 hours. To avoid the problems of transportation, long test period and high test cost in the detection of laboratory analysis methods, it basically has the ability to analyze six heavy metal elements in water bodies in remote areas and assess water quality. It has a good prospect of popularization and application.
