熒光碳點(diǎn)的制備及應(yīng)用研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:熒光碳點(diǎn)是一種新型的熒光納米材料。它不僅具有優(yōu)良的光學(xué)性能,而且具有良好的生物相容性,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)表面功能化,在生物傳感、熒光探針等領(lǐng)域具有很好的應(yīng)用潛力。本文就近幾年來(lái)熒光碳點(diǎn)的研究進(jìn)行了綜述,簡(jiǎn)述了碳點(diǎn)的特性,著重介紹了熒光碳點(diǎn)制備和應(yīng)用的最新進(jìn)展,對(duì)碳點(diǎn)發(fā)展過(guò)程中尚待解決的問題進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Fluorescent carbon dot is a new kind of fluorescent nanomaterials. It not only has excellent optical properties, but also has good biocompatibility, and is easy to realize surface functionalization in biosensor. In this paper, the research of fluorescent carbon points in recent years is reviewed, the characteristics of carbon spots are briefly described, and the latest progress in the preparation and application of fluorescent carbon points is emphatically introduced. The problems that remain to be solved in the process of carbon point development are summarized, and the future development direction is prospected.
