鐵嶺控制單元水質(zhì)目標(biāo)管理技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近幾十年來,隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的跨越式發(fā)展,污染物排放量嚴(yán)重超出了水環(huán)境容量,不斷惡化的水環(huán)境污染已經(jīng)成為阻礙我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要因素?刂茊卧|(zhì)目標(biāo)管理是在“分區(qū)、分類、分級、分期”的水環(huán)境管理理念的指導(dǎo)下,在“流域-區(qū)域-控制單元-污染源”水環(huán)境管理層次體系中,以流域總量控制為基礎(chǔ)、立足于控制單元、面向污染源的水質(zhì)管理方法。在估算污染物排放量時(shí)需要考慮研究區(qū)域內(nèi)的點(diǎn)源和非點(diǎn)源兩部分。模型化研究是我國非點(diǎn)源污染研究的主要形式,SWAT模型以其綜合、分布、基于物理機(jī)制的特點(diǎn),在水文模擬、非點(diǎn)源污染控制、水質(zhì)評價(jià)等方面得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。本研究是針對區(qū)域水環(huán)境問題,以遼河流域鐵嶺控制單元為研究對象,收集研究區(qū)資料,構(gòu)建目標(biāo)區(qū)域環(huán)境信息數(shù)據(jù)庫。建立了基于SWAT模型的鐵嶺地區(qū)非點(diǎn)源和點(diǎn)源疊加的污染物排放量核算體系,對水量、泥沙、水質(zhì)的率定驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明,Ens、R2、Re均符合模擬要求,說明模型在山區(qū)丘陵地區(qū)適用性令人滿意。應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證完成的SWAT模型,在保證非點(diǎn)源污染不變的情況下,對點(diǎn)源進(jìn)行情景分析,計(jì)算不同減排措施對氨氮的消減率。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)畜禽養(yǎng)殖、城鎮(zhèn)生活、工業(yè)點(diǎn)源綜合消減70%時(shí),通江口和珠爾山水質(zhì)超標(biāo)率可分別降至12.0%、9.2%。此研究為改善水環(huán)境質(zhì)量,保障水環(huán)境安全,實(shí)施水環(huán)境管理提供借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, with the leap-forward development of our country's social economy, the emission of pollutants is seriously beyond the water environmental capacity, and the continuous deterioration of the water environmental pollution has become an important factor to hinder the sustainable development of our country's social economy. The water quality target management of the control unit is under the guidance of the "Division, classification, classification, stage" 's water environment management concept. In the "Watershed-Area-Control Unit-Source of Pollution" water environment management level system, the water quality management method based on the total amount of the basin is based on the control unit and the pollution source. It is necessary to consider the point source and non-point source in the study area when estimating the pollutant discharge. The model research is the main form of non-point source pollution research in China. The SWAT model is widely used in the aspects of hydrological simulation, non-point source pollution control and water quality evaluation based on the characteristics of the physical mechanism. Aiming at the problem of regional water environment, the iron-ridge control unit in the Liaohe river basin is the research object, and the data of the research area is collected and the target regional environment information database is constructed. The pollutant emission accounting system based on SWAT model for non-point source and point source superpose in Tieling area is established. The results show that Ens, R2 and Re are all in accordance with the simulation requirements. The SWAT model, which is completed by application, is used to analyze the point source under the condition that the non-point source pollution is not changed, and the reduction rate of the different emission reduction measures on the ammonia nitrogen is calculated. The results show that the water quality of Tongjiangkou and Pearl Mountain can be reduced to 12.0% and 9.2%, respectively, when the comprehensive reduction of the livestock and poultry breeding, the urban life and the industrial point source is reduced by 70%. This study provides a reference for improving the water environment quality, ensuring the safety of the water environment and implementing the water environment management.
