【摘要】：全球變暖導(dǎo)致的區(qū)域干旱使得干旱區(qū)水資源日益匱乏,而迅速增長的人口和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)一步加劇水資源危機(jī),使得有限的水資源成為全球沙漠化防治瓶頸,嚴(yán)重制約了沙化土地治理進(jìn)程,影響了聯(lián)合國"土地退化總面積零增長"目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn),也影響了中國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。傳統(tǒng)的沙化土地治理生物措施重視植被蓋度增加,忽視生態(tài)系統(tǒng)其他要素,如土壤水分、養(yǎng)分等與植被的相互關(guān)系,導(dǎo)致一些治理措施相對簡單,生態(tài)系統(tǒng)不能協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。而沙化土地治理的物理措施和化學(xué)措施由于忽視了沙區(qū)社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,其可持續(xù)性也受到科學(xué)家質(zhì)疑。近期獲批的國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃項目"中國北方半干旱荒漠區(qū)沙漠化防治關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與示范"(2016YFC0500900)擬針對此問題開展研究,以沙化土地穩(wěn)定恢復(fù)為首要目標(biāo),在認(rèn)識半干旱荒漠區(qū)沙化土地正/逆過程演變機(jī)制和荒漠生態(tài)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性的基礎(chǔ)上,研究沙化土地穩(wěn)定恢復(fù)的生態(tài)閾值;以毛烏素沙地、庫布齊沙漠東部、科爾沁沙地西部和呼倫貝爾沙地為典型區(qū),針對不同沙化土地特點(diǎn),研發(fā)防沙治沙關(guān)鍵技術(shù),開展模式優(yōu)化和試驗示范;在防沙治沙模式與工程效益評估基礎(chǔ)上,集成產(chǎn)業(yè)化技術(shù)體系,為國家防沙治沙工程建設(shè)提供理論基礎(chǔ)與技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:The regional drought caused by global warming has led to the increasing shortage of water resources in arid areas, and the rapidly growing population and socio-economic development have further exacerbated the water resources crisis, making the limited water resources the bottleneck of global desertification control, It has seriously restricted the process of desertification land governance, affected the realization of the United Nations goal of "zero growth of total land degradation area", and also affected the sustainable and coordinated development of China's social economy. The traditional biological measures of desertification land control attach importance to the increase of vegetation coverage and ignore the relationship between other elements of ecosystem, such as soil moisture, nutrients and vegetation, which leads to the relative simplicity of some control measures and the inability of ecosystem development. The physical and chemical measures of desertification land control have been questioned by scientists because they ignore the social and economic benefits of sandy areas. The recently approved national key R & D project "key techniques and demonstration of desertification control in semi-arid desert areas of northern China" (2016YFC0500900) intends to carry out research on this problem, with the stable restoration of desertification land as the primary objective. On the basis of understanding the evolution mechanism of positive / inverse process of desertification land and the stability of desert ecosystem in semi-arid desert area, the ecological threshold of stable restoration of desertification land was studied. Taking Maowusu sandy land, eastern Kubuqi desert, western Horqin sandy land and Hulunbeier sandy land as typical areas, the key technologies of sand control and control were developed according to the characteristics of different sandy land, and the model optimization and experimental demonstration were carried out. On the basis of sand control model and engineering benefit evaluation, the industrialization technical system is integrated to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the construction of national sand control project.
