景觀水體富營養(yǎng)程度對藻類分布的影響

【摘要】:首先對西安市兩個不同景觀水體水質(zhì)進行了為期一年的連續(xù)監(jiān)測,在此基礎上采用湖泊綜合營養(yǎng)狀態(tài)指數(shù)法評價了兩水體富營養(yǎng)程度的差異,最后分析了兩水體中藻類的分布與富營養(yǎng)程度的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:1重度和中度富營養(yǎng)化水體中可檢測到的藻類分別為53屬和39屬,重度富營養(yǎng)化水體中可檢測到的藻屬明顯大于中度富營養(yǎng)化水體的對應值,但中度富營養(yǎng)狀態(tài)水體優(yōu)勢藻的主導能力強于重度富營養(yǎng)化水體,盡管兩者的年均藻細胞密度并無數(shù)量級的差異。2雖然區(qū)域相同,但重度和中度富營養(yǎng)化水體中,最多和最少藻屬出現(xiàn)時間并不相同,前者分別為8月和11月,后者分別為10月和12月。3偽魚腥藻是再生水補給的中度富營養(yǎng)化水體中頗具競爭力的藻屬,可在一年的10個月中超越小球藻而成為該類水體的主導藻屬?傊,城市景觀水體的富營養(yǎng)程度對其中藻的類屬、優(yōu)勢藻的主導能力及藻屬數(shù)極值時間均有影響。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the water quality of two different landscape water bodies in Xi'an was monitored continuously for one year, on the basis of which the difference of eutrophication degree between the two water bodies was evaluated by lake comprehensive nutritional status index method. Finally, the relationship between the distribution of algae and the degree of eutrophication in the two water bodies was analyzed. The results showed that: (1) the number of algae detected in severe eutrophication water was 53 genus and 39 genus, respectively, and the corresponding value of algae in severe eutrophication water was significantly higher than that in moderate eutrophication water. However, the dominant ability of dominant algae in moderate eutrophication state was stronger than that in severe eutrophication water, although there was no difference in the average annual cell density between the two groups. 2 although the region was the same, in severe and moderate eutrophication water, The occurrence time of the most and the least algae is not the same, the former is August and November, the latter is October and December, respectively. 3 Anabaena is a competitive genus in moderately eutrophication water recharged with reclaimed water. It can surpass Chlorella vulgaris in 10 months of the year to become the dominant genus of this kind of water body. In a word, the eutrophication degree of urban landscape water body has influence on the genus of algae, the dominant ability of dominant algae and the extreme time of algae number.
