【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)區(qū)域自我發(fā)展能力指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建,使用熵值法對(duì)我國(guó)1997—2013年間30個(gè)省份的區(qū)域自我發(fā)展能力綜合指數(shù)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果顯示東部地區(qū)自我發(fā)展能力綜合指數(shù)最高,中部地區(qū)次之,西部地區(qū)最低。接著對(duì)各省份碳生產(chǎn)力進(jìn)行計(jì)算,發(fā)現(xiàn)東部碳生產(chǎn)力最高,其次為中部,西部最低。最后,實(shí)證研究碳生產(chǎn)力對(duì)區(qū)域自我發(fā)展能力的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)碳生產(chǎn)力對(duì)區(qū)域自我發(fā)展能力影響顯著;并且碳生產(chǎn)力對(duì)東部和中部地區(qū)自我發(fā)展能力的影響方式與對(duì)西部地區(qū)不同,東部和中部地區(qū)的碳生產(chǎn)力與區(qū)域自我發(fā)展能力呈"U型"關(guān)系,而西部地區(qū)的碳生產(chǎn)力與區(qū)域自我發(fā)展能力存在正向的線性關(guān)系。所以,可通過(guò)提高碳生產(chǎn)力來(lái)增強(qiáng)區(qū)域自我發(fā)展能力。
[Abstract]:By constructing the index system of regional self-development ability, the comprehensive index of regional self-development ability of 30 provinces in China from 1997 to 2013 was evaluated by entropy method. The results showed that the comprehensive index of self-development ability in the eastern region was the highest, the middle region was the second, and the western region was the lowest. Then we calculate the carbon productivity of each province, and find that the east has the highest carbon productivity, followed by the middle, and the west is the lowest. Finally, an empirical study of the impact of carbon productivity on regional self-development capacity shows that carbon productivity has a significant impact on regional self-development capacity; The influence of carbon productivity on the self-development ability of the eastern and central regions is different from that of the western regions. The relationship between the carbon productivity and the regional self-development ability in the eastern and central regions is U-shaped. However, there is a positive linear relationship between carbon productivity and regional self-development ability in the western region. Therefore, we can enhance the ability of regional self-development by increasing carbon productivity.
