遼河盤(pán)錦段水體污染特征和自?xún)粜袨檠芯?/H1>

【摘要】:遼河盤(pán)錦段,地處遼河三角洲,是遼河濕地的重要水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。過(guò)去,由于盲目追求經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,忽視對(duì)環(huán)境的治理,該河段污染較嚴(yán)重。近年來(lái),隨著政府對(duì)水環(huán)境問(wèn)題的重視,遼河盤(pán)錦段水污染得到了遏制。尤其是2005以來(lái),遼河流域的水質(zhì)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)好,截止到2014年,主要干流斷面興安斷面、曙光大橋、趙圈河斷面的水質(zhì)由劣Ⅴ類(lèi)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)棰纛?lèi)水質(zhì)。為了使遼河盤(pán)錦段水質(zhì)得以持續(xù)改善,需要研究遼河盤(pán)錦段水體的污染特征與自?xún)粜袨?為地區(qū)排放總量的制定提供參考。根據(jù)此,本文首先調(diào)查盤(pán)錦段水質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀、周邊環(huán)境以及盤(pán)錦段所在地城市發(fā)展情況;然后利用主成分分析法對(duì)枯、豐、平三個(gè)水期進(jìn)行污染狀況評(píng)估,進(jìn)而得出三個(gè)時(shí)期水中污染物組分的不同比例,確定不同時(shí)期的主要污染指標(biāo)。調(diào)查遼河盤(pán)錦段附近的各個(gè)污水處理廠(chǎng)在排放源頭的初始污染物濃度及在水體中監(jiān)測(cè)的水質(zhì)指標(biāo)濃度,確定污染物削減量,利用水質(zhì)模型求出2013年水環(huán)境容量值,發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)際排污量小于水環(huán)境容量,說(shuō)明水體自?xún)糇饔脤?duì)污染物削減起很大作用。為了評(píng)估遼河盤(pán)錦段的自?xún)粜袨?以2007-2013年期間的一維水質(zhì)模型為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)置耗氧系數(shù)和復(fù)氧系數(shù)兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵參數(shù),得出遼河盤(pán)錦段水體自?xún)粝禂?shù),確定水體自?xún)魧?duì)水體污染物削減的貢獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果表明:遼河盤(pán)錦段水體自?xún)粝禂?shù)逐年增大,說(shuō)明遼河盤(pán)錦段水體自?xún)糇饔谜谔嵘?水體自?xún)糇饔脤?duì)于降低河流污染物濃度的貢獻(xiàn)增大。

In the past, due to blind pursuit of economic development and neglect of environmental control, the river was polluted seriously.
