垃圾滲濾液處理工藝設(shè)計(jì)及難點(diǎn)分析

【摘要】:垃圾滲濾液處理新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施后逐漸形成了"預(yù)處理/厭氧+膜生物反應(yīng)器+膜深度處理"組合工藝,本工藝保證了污水處理的連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行及達(dá)標(biāo)排放。分析了垃圾滲濾液的特點(diǎn)和新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下垃圾滲濾液處理的工藝選擇,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)主流工藝特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié);對(duì)"預(yù)處理+膜生物反應(yīng)器(MBR)+膜深度處理"組合工藝的流程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說(shuō)明,并對(duì)主要工藝設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),分析了垃圾滲濾液處理工藝在設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)營(yíng)中存在的二次污染、泡沫外溢、能源回用等問(wèn)題并提出了改進(jìn)措施建議。
[Abstract]:After the implementation of the new standard of landfill leachate treatment, the combination process of "pretreatment / advanced treatment of membrane in anaerobic membrane bioreactor" was gradually formed, which ensured the continuous and stable operation of wastewater treatment and its discharge up to standard. The characteristics of landfill leachate and the process selection of landfill leachate treatment under the new standard are analyzed, and the main process characteristics in China are summarized. The combined process of "(MBR) membrane advanced treatment for pretreatment membrane bioreactor" is described in detail, and the main process design parameters are summarized. The problems of secondary pollution, foam spillover and energy reuse in the design and operation of landfill leachate treatment process are analyzed, and the improvement measures are put forward.
