小球藻光生物反應(yīng)器的設(shè)計(jì)及其脫氮除磷的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目前,氮磷廢水的環(huán)境污染已成為一個(gè)世界性的環(huán)境問(wèn)題。近年來(lái)利用藻類(lèi)生物技術(shù)處理污水受到社會(huì)廣泛關(guān)注。本文利用自行設(shè)計(jì)制造的小球藻光生物反應(yīng)器,對(duì)模擬氮磷廢水進(jìn)行處理,研究了溫度、通氣量等因素對(duì)光生物反應(yīng)器脫氮除磷的影響,探索小球藻光生物反應(yīng)器處理氮磷廢水的最優(yōu)條件。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和成果如下:1、運(yùn)用CFD仿真模擬和理論研究設(shè)計(jì)并制造了一種用于培養(yǎng)小球藻的氣升式光生物反應(yīng)器;贔luent仿真模擬的結(jié)果,確定該氣升式光生物反應(yīng)器的高徑比為5,導(dǎo)流筒直徑為96mm。2、研究了通氣量及溫度對(duì)小球藻氣升式光生物反應(yīng)器處理人工尿液脫氮除磷以及產(chǎn)氧的影響。結(jié)果表明:小球藻光生物反應(yīng)器處理人工尿液的最優(yōu)條件為溫度25℃、通氣量2L/min,在該條件下,TP去除率為79.26%,TN去除率為86.70%,COD去除率為71.72%。3、探討了小球藻氣升式光生物反應(yīng)器對(duì)模擬城市污水脫氮除磷的處理效果。結(jié)果表明:在溫度25℃、通氣量2L/min時(shí),TP去除率為98.65%,TN去除率為84.87%,COD去除率為85.06%。4、采用自制的平板式光生物反應(yīng)器初步探討了小球藻連續(xù)處理人工尿液和城市污水的效能。發(fā)現(xiàn)該反應(yīng)器脫氮除磷以及COD去除效果良好,但不如氣升式光生物反應(yīng)器。
[Abstract]:At present, the environmental pollution of nitrogen and phosphorus wastewater has become a worldwide environmental problem. In recent years, the use of algal biotechnology to treat sewage has been widely concerned by the society. In this paper, the simulated nitrogen and phosphorus wastewater was treated by using the self-designed photobioreactor of Chlorella vulgaris. The effects of temperature, ventilation and other factors on denitrification and phosphorus removal in photobioreactor were studied. To explore the optimal conditions for the treatment of nitrogen and phosphorus wastewater by Chlorella vulgaris photobioreactor. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: 1. An air-lift photobioreactor for the cultivation of Chlorella vulgaris was designed and manufactured by using CFD simulation and theoretical research. Based on the simulation results of Fluent, the height to diameter ratio of the air-lift photobioreactor is 5 and the diameter of the diversion tube is 96mm. 2. The effects of aeration rate and temperature on nitrogen and phosphorus removal and oxygen production in artificial urine treated by chlorella aero-lift photobioreactor were studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the treatment of artificial urine by Chlorella vulgaris photobioreactor were temperature 25 鈩,
