【摘要】：針對(duì)城市大氣顆粒物監(jiān)測(cè)、污染物溯源等工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)時(shí)分析的迫切需要,研制了基于β-X射線分析技術(shù)的大氣顆粒物濃度-元素分析儀。以β射線在物質(zhì)中的衰減規(guī)律和能量色散X射線熒光分析原理,通過儀器總體設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、FPGA硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了在線分析大氣顆粒物濃度及其元素識(shí)別、含量計(jì)算等功能;通過制備純?cè)仡w粒沉積濾膜樣品作為大氣顆粒物標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品,完成了分析儀的標(biāo)定。該分析儀可在線、連續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)大氣顆粒物(如TSP,PM10,PM2.5)的質(zhì)量濃度及其所含的30種元素種類和含量。成都東郊的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用顯示,分析儀對(duì)大氣顆粒物的濃度測(cè)量值與成都環(huán)保局的監(jiān)測(cè)值具有很好的一致性,對(duì)顆粒物中所含重金屬元素(如As,Hg,Cd,Cr,Pb等)的監(jiān)測(cè)較為靈敏。通過技術(shù)性能測(cè)試,表明分析儀具備檢出限低、快速分析、使用方便等特點(diǎn),能夠滿足城市大氣監(jiān)測(cè)過程中對(duì)顆粒物濃度和元素實(shí)時(shí)分析的迫切需求,具有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用能力。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the urgent need of real-time analysis of atmospheric particulate matter in urban areas such as monitoring and traceability of pollutants, a concentration element analyzer for atmospheric particulate matter based on 尾 -X ray analysis technology was developed. Based on the attenuation law of 尾 -ray in matter and the principle of energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis, the on-line analysis of atmospheric particulate concentration and its element identification is realized through the overall design of the instrument, the structure design, the FPGA hardware circuit design and the software design. Content calculation and other functions; The calibration of the analyzer was completed by preparing the pure element particle deposition filter membrane sample as the atmospheric particle standard sample. The analyzer can be used to continuously monitor the mass concentration of atmospheric particulates (such as TSP,PM10,PM2.5) and the types and contents of 30 elements in them. Field application in the eastern suburb of Chengdu shows that the concentration of atmospheric particles measured by the analyzer is in good agreement with the monitoring value of Chengdu Environmental Protection Bureau, and the heavy metal elements in particulate matter (such as As,Hg,Cd,Cr,) are in good agreement. Through the technical performance test, it shows that the analyzer has the characteristics of low detection limit, fast analysis, easy to use, and can meet the urgent need of real-time analysis of particulate concentration and elements in the process of urban atmospheric monitoring.
