煉油污水處理廠深度處理改造設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)石油化工股份有限公司長(zhǎng)嶺分公司(長(zhǎng)嶺煉油廠)第二污水處理廠建于1997年,設(shè)計(jì)處理能力為600 m3/h,實(shí)際處理量400m3/h。主要處理工藝是溶氣氣浮、水解酸化池和氧化溝生化聯(lián)合工藝,處理后的達(dá)標(biāo)污水通過管線排入長(zhǎng)江。長(zhǎng)嶺煉油廠進(jìn)行油品質(zhì)量升級(jí)改造擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目實(shí)施后,進(jìn)入第二污水處理廠的污水COD濃度遠(yuǎn)高于原有進(jìn)水設(shè)計(jì)值,進(jìn)水有機(jī)物負(fù)荷過高,污泥負(fù)荷超過污泥處理能力,生化處理達(dá)不到預(yù)期效果。因達(dá)不到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而回流的污水量過大,導(dǎo)致污水處理裝置水量負(fù)荷過大,停留時(shí)間減小,再次影響處理效果,形成惡性循環(huán)。為了保證第二污水處理廠的正常運(yùn)行,保證長(zhǎng)煉公司生產(chǎn)裝置的正常運(yùn)行,必須對(duì)二污污水處理設(shè)施進(jìn)行升級(jí)改造,或者重建,對(duì)污水進(jìn)行深度處理,提高出水水質(zhì),方可滿足生產(chǎn)需求。本課題設(shè)計(jì)研究的內(nèi)容主要包括對(duì)“二污”污水水質(zhì)水量進(jìn)行一定分析,研究“二污”現(xiàn)有的各個(gè)污水處理工藝,提出污水處理設(shè)施的存在的問題及不足,并針對(duì)該問題提出可行方案。對(duì)擬采用的內(nèi)循環(huán)生物曝氣濾池處理“二污”不達(dá)標(biāo)廢水進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),研究可行性并獲得必要的結(jié)構(gòu)與運(yùn)行參數(shù)。再此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行工程改造方案構(gòu)建。綜合考慮現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布局、施工難度、維修管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理等各個(gè)因素,最終選擇最優(yōu)方案。在盡量利舊的前提下,新增部分處理設(shè)施。綜合考慮規(guī)范要求、原有構(gòu)筑物及工藝、地形、投資等因素,本設(shè)計(jì)將原有均質(zhì)池改造為生物接觸氧化池,初步氧化分解大分子難降解的有機(jī)物,一定程度上提高了污水的可生化性,提高后續(xù)生化設(shè)施的處理效率。在二沉池后提升池前,增設(shè)深度處理設(shè)施,即砂濾池+內(nèi)循環(huán)生物曝氣濾池(IRBAF)工藝,對(duì)污水進(jìn)行深度處理,使污水達(dá)標(biāo)排放。實(shí)踐證明,采用“生化接觸氧化+砂濾池+內(nèi)循環(huán)生物曝氣濾池(IRBAF)"處理工藝,能有效實(shí)現(xiàn)煉油污水處理廠有機(jī)物的深度處理。
[Abstract]:The second wastewater treatment plant of Changling Branch (Changling Refinery) of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was built in 1997. The designed treatment capacity is 600 m3 / h, and the actual treatment capacity is 400 m3 / h. The main process is dissolved air floatation, hydrolytic acidification tank and oxidation ditch biochemical process. The treated sewage is discharged into the Yangtze River through pipeline. After the implementation of the oil quality upgrading and extension project in Changling Refinery, the COD concentration of the wastewater entering the second sewage treatment plant is far higher than the original design value of the influent, the influent organic load is too high, and the sludge load exceeds the sludge treatment capacity. Biochemical treatment could not achieve the desired effect. The amount of wastewater reflux is too large because it can not reach the discharge standard, which leads to the excessive water load of sewage treatment unit and the decrease of residence time, which once again affects the treatment effect and forms a vicious circle. In order to ensure the normal operation of the second sewage treatment plant and the normal operation of the production plant in Changlian Company, it is necessary to upgrade or rebuild the sewage treatment facilities of the second sewage treatment plant, and carry out advanced treatment of the sewage to improve the quality of the effluent. To meet production needs. The content of the design and research of this subject mainly includes the analysis of the quantity of water quality and quantity of the sewage, the study of the existing sewage treatment processes, the problems and shortcomings of the sewage treatment facilities. A feasible scheme is put forward to solve this problem. In this paper, the internal circulating biological aerated filter (BFAF) was used to treat the wastewater with "secondary pollution", and the feasibility was studied and the necessary structure and operation parameters were obtained. On the basis of this, the project reconstruction scheme is constructed. Considering all factors such as site layout, construction difficulty, maintenance management, economy and so on, the best scheme is chosen. In the premise of the old as far as possible, the new part of the processing facilities. Considering the requirements of the specifications, the original structure and technology, topography, investment and other factors, the design of the original homogeneous tank into biological contact oxidation tank, preliminary oxidation decomposition of macromolecules difficult to degrade organic matter, To some extent, the biodegradability of sewage is improved, and the treatment efficiency of subsequent biochemical facilities is improved. In front of the secondary settling tank, advanced treatment facilities, namely (IRBAF) process of circulating biological aerated filter in sand filter, were added to treat the sewage and make the sewage discharge up to standard. It has been proved by practice that the advanced treatment of organic matter in refinery sewage treatment plant can be realized effectively by adopting the (IRBAF) process of biological aeration filter in biochemical contact oxidized sand filter.
