序批式生物膜反應(yīng)器處理養(yǎng)豬廢水降解細菌特性

【摘要】:從某豬場廢水處理系統(tǒng)序批式生物膜反應(yīng)器(sequencing batch biofilm reactor,簡稱SBBR)中分離純化得到菌株A和菌株B,經(jīng)形態(tài)學(xué)鑒定菌株A為乳白色、革蘭氏陽性長桿菌;菌株B為灰白色、革蘭氏陽性短桿菌。菌株A最佳生長條件為溫度30~50℃、鹽度1%~2%、pH值6~8;菌株B最佳生長條件為溫度20~40℃、鹽度1%~2%、pH值6~8。在不同因素組合下,將菌株A、B分別接種于供試廢水中,對廢水化學(xué)需氧量(chemical oxygen demand,簡稱COD)去除率最高分別為64.11%、54.74%;NH3-N最佳降解率分別為54.57%、55.54%。
