添加醋酸鈣鎂對污泥熱解過程中焦孔隙結構的影響

【摘要】:采用等溫氮氣吸附法對添加醋酸鈣鎂前后的污泥半焦顆粒表面孔隙的變化特性進行了測量分析,并引入分形維數(shù)對其進行定量的描述.研究結果表明,污泥及混合試樣的孔結構絕大多數(shù)為中孔和大孔;總孔容均隨鈣硫比的增加而減小;BET比表面積和中孔容積隨鈣硫比有相同變化趨勢.分別計算低壓段(P/P_00.4)和高壓段(P/P_00.4)孔隙結構的分形維數(shù)D_1和D_2,發(fā)現(xiàn)D_1和平均孔徑發(fā)展趨勢相同,而D_2卻與BET比表面積變化趨勢相同.
[Abstract]:The pore characteristics of sludge semi-coke particles before and after the addition of calcium magnesium acetate were measured and analyzed by isothermal nitrogen adsorption method, and fractal dimension was introduced to describe them quantitatively. The results show that the pore structures of sludge and mixed samples are mostly mesoporous and macroporous, and the total pore volume decreases with the increase of the ratio of calcium to sulfur, and the specific surface area and mesoporous volume of BET decrease with the ratio of calcium to sulfur. The fractal dimension D _ 1 and D _ 2 of the pore structure of P / P _ S _ 0 _ 0.4 and P / P _ T _ 0 _ 0.4 are calculated, respectively. It is found that the development trend of D _ 1 and average pore size is the same, but that of D _ (2) is the same as that of BET.
