【摘要】：筆者在對我國30個省份2000年~2010年的CO2排放量進行估算的基礎上,將其與工業(yè)廢氣排放量、工業(yè)廢水排放量和工業(yè)固體廢物產(chǎn)生量作為環(huán)境質量指標,利用空間自相關檢驗的Moran’s I指數(shù)法分別檢驗了四項環(huán)境質量指標的空間自相關性。在空間相關性檢驗的基礎上,以STIRPAT模型為理論基礎結合空間回歸模型研究了人口規(guī)模、人口結構、技術進步、產(chǎn)業(yè)結構等因素對四項環(huán)境質量指標的影響。結果表明:四項環(huán)境質量指標均存在著顯著的空間自相關性;人口規(guī)模對各項環(huán)境質量指標的影響是正向的,人口年齡結構、城鎮(zhèn)人口比重和家庭戶規(guī)模對各項環(huán)境質量指標的影響是負向的,產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的優(yōu)化和技術進步水平的提高都有助于減少各種污染物的排放量。
[Abstract]:On the basis of estimating the CO2 emissions from 2000 to 2010 in 30 provinces of China, the authors regard them as environmental quality indexes, such as the discharge of industrial waste gas, the discharge of industrial wastewater and the amount of industrial solid waste. The spatial autocorrelation of four environmental quality indexes was tested by the Moran's I index method of spatial autocorrelation test. On the basis of spatial correlation test, the effects of population scale, population structure, technological progress and industrial structure on four environmental quality indexes were studied based on STIRPAT model and spatial regression model. The results show that there is significant spatial autocorrelation among the four environmental quality indicators, and the effect of population size on the environmental quality indicators is positive, and the age structure of the population. The proportion of urban population and the scale of households have negative effects on the environmental quality indexes. The optimization of industrial structure and the improvement of technological progress can help to reduce the emissions of various pollutants.
