印制電路板企業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)水平與生態(tài)效率的分析

【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會(huì)工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展并不應(yīng)以單純的經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)來(lái)衡量,其產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)影響與環(huán)境影響也應(yīng)受到關(guān)注。隨著我國(guó)印制電路板產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,印制電路板產(chǎn)業(yè)的高污染特性與環(huán)境保護(hù)的矛盾逐漸突出,如何能夠協(xié)調(diào)印制電路板企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益以及環(huán)境效益的共同發(fā)展是當(dāng)前的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。鑒于我國(guó)印制電路板企業(yè)當(dāng)前的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀和造成的環(huán)境影響沒(méi)有直觀地表征方式,本文建立了印制電路板企業(yè)的清潔生產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型與生態(tài)效率評(píng)價(jià)模型,多角度、全方面地對(duì)印制電路板企業(yè)的環(huán)境影響進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)綜合衡量印制電路板產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了較為詳實(shí)的依據(jù)。本文以印制電路板產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,以清潔生產(chǎn)與生態(tài)效率為手段,分析評(píng)價(jià)了印制電路板企業(yè)生產(chǎn)對(duì)環(huán)境的影響。研究了印制電路板企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)工藝流程、產(chǎn)污環(huán)節(jié)以及其清潔生產(chǎn)與生態(tài)效率的內(nèi)涵,建立了定性與定量相結(jié)合的清潔生產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系與以資源、能源與污染物排放指標(biāo)為表征的生態(tài)效率評(píng)價(jià)模型。并運(yùn)用以上方法對(duì)江蘇省某些印制電路板企業(yè)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),從不同角度與層面對(duì)其分析和比較得出以下結(jié)論:(1)通過(guò)研究印制電路板企業(yè)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)生的工藝流程、產(chǎn)污環(huán)節(jié)以及其主要污染物,分析得出我國(guó)印制電路板企業(yè)存在資源消耗多、造成環(huán)境污染大的現(xiàn)狀。因此,對(duì)PCB企業(yè)進(jìn)行環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與評(píng)價(jià),響應(yīng)發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的政策是十分必要的。(2)運(yùn)用層次分析法,專家打分法等方法建立印制電路板企業(yè)的清潔生產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。江蘇地區(qū)的印制電路板企業(yè)的清潔生產(chǎn)水平基本處于同一水平,印制電路板企業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)水平提升最主要的限制因素是工業(yè)用水重復(fù)利用率和單位印制電路板的廢水中污染物產(chǎn)生量等指標(biāo)。(3)基于生態(tài)效率的基本概念,借助工業(yè)代謝分析的方法,構(gòu)建印制電路板企業(yè)生態(tài)效率模型。水資源及相關(guān)能源消耗過(guò)多與重復(fù)利用水利用效率低是影響當(dāng)今印制電路板企業(yè)生態(tài)效率的主要方面。印制電路板企業(yè)的環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題應(yīng)受到更多的關(guān)注,了解當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)印制電路板企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)與環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,在源頭減少污染物產(chǎn)生的可能性,在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中控制污染物的產(chǎn)生,兼顧末端治理,達(dá)標(biāo)排放,降低末端治理成本;盡量選用無(wú)污染、少污染的原料和燃料,在生產(chǎn)工藝前和生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中能夠最大限度地消除各種污染物。為提高印制電路板企業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)水平與生態(tài)效率提供一定的科學(xué)依據(jù),為減小印制電路板企業(yè)對(duì)環(huán)境的不良影響做出一定的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the development of industrial industry should not be measured by simple economic indicators, but its social and environmental impacts should also be paid attention to. With the rapid development of printed circuit board industry in China, The contradiction between the high pollution characteristics of printed circuit board industry and environmental protection is becoming more and more prominent. How to coordinate the economic benefits of printed circuit board enterprises? The common development of social benefits and environmental benefits is a hot issue at present. In view of the current production situation and environmental impact of printed circuit board enterprises in China, there is no intuitive way to characterize it. In this paper, the evaluation model of cleaner production and ecological efficiency of printed circuit board enterprises is established, and the environmental impact of printed circuit board enterprises is evaluated from many angles and all aspects. This paper takes the printed circuit board industry as the research object, takes cleaner production and ecological efficiency as the means, and provides a more detailed basis for the comprehensive measurement of the development of the printed circuit board industry. This paper analyzes and evaluates the influence of PCB production on the environment, and studies the production process, pollution production and the connotation of clean production and ecological efficiency of PCB enterprises. A qualitative and quantitative evaluation index system for cleaner production and an ecological efficiency evaluation model characterized by resource, energy and pollutant emission indexes were established. The above methods were used to evaluate some PCB enterprises in Jiangsu Province. By analyzing and comparing them from different angles and levels, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) by studying the technological process, pollution production and its main pollutants produced by printed circuit board enterprises, it is concluded that there are many resource consumption in printed circuit board enterprises in our country. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate and evaluate the environmental status of PCB enterprises and to respond to the policy of developing circular economy. The expert scoring method and other methods have been used to establish the evaluation index system of cleaner production for printed circuit board enterprises. The level of cleaner production of printed circuit board enterprises in Jiangsu is basically at the same level. The most important limiting factors to improve the level of clean production in PCB enterprises are the reuse rate of industrial water and the amount of pollutants produced in the wastewater of printed circuit board (PCB), which is based on the basic concept of ecological efficiency. With the help of industrial metabolic analysis, The ecological efficiency model of printed circuit board enterprises is constructed. The excessive consumption of water resources and related energy resources and the low efficiency of water reuse are the main aspects that affect the ecological efficiency of printed circuit board enterprises. To understand the current production and environmental situation of domestic PCB enterprises, reduce the possibility of pollutant generation at the source, control the production of pollutants in the production process, give consideration to the end treatment, meet the standards of discharge, reduce the cost of end treatment; Selecting raw materials and fuels without pollution and less pollution as far as possible can eliminate all kinds of pollutants to the maximum extent before and during the production process. It provides certain scientific basis for improving the level of clean production and ecological efficiency of printed circuit board enterprises. In order to reduce the negative impact of PCB enterprises on the environment to make a certain contribution.
