【摘要】：農(nóng)村工業(yè)的發(fā)展為中國經(jīng)濟增長做出了很大貢獻,同時也對環(huán)境效益造成了不可忽視的影響,尤以山東、浙江等發(fā)達地區(qū)為甚。目前國內(nèi)針對農(nóng)村工業(yè)環(huán)境效應(yīng)的研究較少,缺乏系統(tǒng)的評價體系研究。文章綜合利用環(huán)境庫茲涅茨曲線和生態(tài)足跡法的相關(guān)理論,建立針對農(nóng)村工業(yè)環(huán)境效應(yīng)的評價模型,并以山東省即墨市為例,進行時間和空間的雙重對比。結(jié)果表明,2000~2009年即墨市的資源消耗量與污染物排放量總體呈上升趨勢,庫茲涅茨曲線多處于"U"的右側(cè),資源消耗賬戶生態(tài)足跡與環(huán)境污染賬戶生態(tài)足跡呈波動上升趨勢,工業(yè)發(fā)展對環(huán)境造成了較大的壓力。隨著技術(shù)進步和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,即墨市的萬元GDP生態(tài)足跡呈下降趨勢,說明即墨市對資源的利用率逐漸提高。
[Abstract]:The development of rural industry has made a great contribution to China's economic growth, and has also had an unnegligible impact on environmental benefits, especially in developed areas such as Shandong and Zhejiang. At present, there are few studies on the environmental effects of rural industry in China. Lack of systematic evaluation system research. This paper synthetically uses the environmental Kuznets curve and ecological footprint method to establish the evaluation model of rural industrial environmental effect, and take Jimo City, Shandong Province as an example. The results show that the resource consumption and pollutant emission in Jimo City from 2000 to 2009 are on the rise, and the Kuznets curve is mostly on the right side of "U". The ecological footprint of the resource consumption account and the environmental pollution account are fluctuating and rising, and the industrial development has caused great pressure on the environment. With the progress of technology and the adjustment of the industrial structure, the ecological footprint of ten thousand yuan GDP in Jimo city is decreasing. Jimo City shows that the utilization rate of resources is gradually improving.
