【摘要】：借助Cite Space軟件,以CSSCI期刊(含擴(kuò)展版)為樣本,計量分析1998—2015年環(huán)境政策的研究狀況、研究熱點(diǎn)和趨勢。研究顯示:環(huán)境政策的相關(guān)研究日趨成熟與穩(wěn)定;研究主題主要有環(huán)境問題、環(huán)境保護(hù)與治理、環(huán)境庫茲涅茨曲線、產(chǎn)權(quán)理論與排污權(quán)、環(huán)境政策與可持續(xù)發(fā)展及生態(tài)文明之間關(guān)系、環(huán)境政策工具的研究等;隨著環(huán)境質(zhì)量問題日益成為一項公共議題,對公眾參與、公眾環(huán)境的研究日益增加;研究內(nèi)容日趨泛化與深化。基于經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的環(huán)境政策研究較多,而基于政策工具、環(huán)境法規(guī)的研究不夠;環(huán)境政策研究的國家級基金支持較多而省市的基金支持較少。結(jié)論可為環(huán)境政策的進(jìn)一步研究提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the help of Cite Space software and CSSCI periodical (including expanded edition) as a sample, the research status of environmental policy from 1998 to 2015 is analyzed quantitatively. Research hotspots and trends. The research shows that: the related research of environmental policy is becoming more mature and stable; The main research topics include environmental problems, environmental protection and governance, environmental Kuznets curve, property rights theory and emission rights, the relationship between environmental policy and sustainable development and ecological civilization, environmental policy tools, etc. With the issue of environmental quality becoming a public issue day by day, the public participation, the public environment research is increasing day by day; The research contents are becoming more and more extensive. There are more researches on environmental policies based on economics, but not enough on environmental laws and regulations based on policy tools. The national funds of environmental policy research are more supported than the provincial and municipal funds, and the conclusions can be used for reference for further study of environmental policy.
