高溫后再生混凝土多軸受壓性能試驗研究

【摘要】:隨著中國綜合國力的不斷攀升,在現(xiàn)代化進程中不可避免的產(chǎn)生大量建筑垃圾。再生骨料混凝土(Recycled Aggregate Concrete)簡稱再生混凝土(Recycled Concrete),是一種將建筑垃圾變廢為寶的技術(shù),發(fā)展再生混凝土技術(shù)能有效解決發(fā)展與環(huán)保之間的矛盾,具有良好的環(huán)保效益、社會效益、經(jīng)濟效益;馂(zāi)是發(fā)生頻率最高、對公眾安全和社會發(fā)展最具威脅的主要災(zāi)害之一,在高溫條件對混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的變形性能、應(yīng)力分布和承載力有很大影響。因此,對多軸受壓應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下高溫后再生混凝土的受力性能,本文開展了以下研究:(1)對三種取代率(0%、50%、100%)的再生混凝土試塊,經(jīng)高溫處理(200℃、400℃)后,進行了雙軸受壓試驗研究,得出了不同應(yīng)力比條件下的雙軸壓強度、變形規(guī)律以及應(yīng)力—應(yīng)變曲線的變化規(guī)律,建立相應(yīng)的破壞準則,并考慮不同溫度、不同取代率對上述性能的影響規(guī)律。研究表明:高溫后雙軸壓強度和峰值應(yīng)變較常溫下單軸壓強度和峰值應(yīng)變有一定提高,同一取代率條件下,隨著溫度的提高,雙軸壓強度降低,峰值應(yīng)變增大;同一溫度條件下,隨著取代率的提高,雙軸壓強度降低,峰值應(yīng)變增大。(2)對三種取代率(0%、50%、100%)的再生混凝土試塊,經(jīng)高溫處理(200℃、400℃)后,進行了真三軸受壓試驗研究,得出了不同應(yīng)力比條件下的三軸壓強度、變形規(guī)律以及應(yīng)力—應(yīng)變曲線的變化規(guī)律,建立相應(yīng)的破壞準則,并考慮不同溫度、不同取代率對上述性能的影響規(guī)律。研究表明:高溫后真三軸壓強度和峰值應(yīng)變較常溫下單軸壓強度和峰值應(yīng)變有較大幅度提高,同一取代率條件下,隨著溫度的提高,真三軸壓強度降低,峰值應(yīng)變增大;同一溫度條件下,隨著取代率的提高,真三軸軸壓強度降低,峰值應(yīng)變增大。
