壁流蜂窩式微填充床制備及變壓吸附中的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of high pressure drop and low utilization efficiency of adsorbent, a new micro-packed adsorption bed was prepared based on wall flow honeycomb ceramics. The pressure drop, fluid distribution and other flow characteristics of the device were studied, and the wall flow honeycomb ceramic microfilled adsorption bed was applied to the pressure swing adsorption decarburization process. The experimental results show that the pressure drop of the wall flow honeycomb micro-packed bed is very low, the fluid distribution is even, and the adsorption load is uniform. The dynamic adsorption properties of adsorption bed under mixed gas CO2-N2 system were studied by pressure swing adsorption experiment, and the effects of pressure, concentration and flow rate on the penetration curve were investigated. The influence of adsorbent regeneration and continuous pressure swing adsorption on the adsorption capacity of the bed was studied. The experimental data were in good agreement with the established mathematical model of micro-packed bed. The experimental and simulation results show that the wall flow honeycomb micro-packed bed is an ideal geometries for adsorption bed.
