高溫下鋰離子在低摻鎂鈮酸鋰晶體中的擴(kuò)散(英文)

【摘要】:研究了高溫富鋰氣氛下鋰離子在低摻鎂鈮酸鋰晶體中的擴(kuò)散。采用氣相輸運(yùn)平衡法制備了摻雜1mol%MgO的不同鋰含量的鈮酸鋰(Mg1LN)晶體,采用熱分析儀測(cè)試了晶體的居里溫度。制備了一系列不同鋰含量的Mg1LN多晶料,擬合了晶體鋰含量與居里溫度的關(guān)系。采用Boltzmann-Matano法求解了擴(kuò)散方程。結(jié)果表明,擴(kuò)散溫度為1100℃時(shí),Mg1LN晶體中鋰離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)為3.2×10~(-9)~13.0×10~(-9)cm~2/s,當(dāng)擴(kuò)散溫度為1145℃時(shí)鋰離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)約是1100℃時(shí)擴(kuò)散系數(shù)的三倍。因此,適當(dāng)提高擴(kuò)散溫度是提高氣相輸運(yùn)平衡法制備近化學(xué)計(jì)量比低摻鎂鈮酸鋰晶體效率的有效辦法.
[Abstract]:The diffusion of lithium ions in lithium-doped lithium niobate crystals at high temperature was studied. Lithium niobate (Mg1LN) crystals doped with 1mol%MgO were prepared by gas phase transport equilibrium method. Curie temperature of the crystals was measured by thermal analyzer. A series of Mg1LN polycrystalline materials with different lithium contents were prepared and the relationship between lithium content and Curie temperature was fitted.
