錫酸鈉工業(yè)生產(chǎn)結晶工藝的研究

【摘要】:在錫酸鈉結晶過程中加入超細晶種誘導可以生產(chǎn)出大顆粒晶狀產(chǎn)品,外觀得到了改善,保質(zhì)期延長。最佳晶種制備工藝:真空度為-0.09 MPa,濃縮波美度為1.15°Be′攪拌速度為90 r/min,結晶時間1 h,結晶溫度為130℃。最佳結晶工藝:在1.10~1.1°Be′溶液波美度下加入晶種,真空度為-0.08 MPa,晶種加入速度為14 g/s,攪拌速度為50 r/min,結晶時間6 h,結晶溫度為80℃。此條件下得到的產(chǎn)品晶體均勻,光澤度好,粒度在220-250μm,保質(zhì)期由192 d延長至250 d。
