【摘要】：分析了膜元件性能測試過程中產(chǎn)生測試條件誤差的原因,提出了膜元件性能指標標準化的概念,明確了進行標準化計算的必要性。描述了系統(tǒng)性能指標標準化的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并給出運用系統(tǒng)性能指標標準化模型進行元件性能指標標準化的計算方法與計算實例,指出標準化方法不僅可提高性能指標的精度,還可提高測試過程的效率。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the reasons for the error of test conditions in the process of performance testing of membrane elements, puts forward the concept of standardization of performance index of membrane elements, and clarifies the necessity of standardized calculation.This paper describes the mathematical model of system performance index standardization, and gives the calculation method and calculation example of component performance index standardization by using system performance index standardization model. It is pointed out that standardization method can not only improve the accuracy of performance index.It can also improve the efficiency of the test process.
