【摘要】：針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)方法忽略陶瓷墻地磚圓角、毛邊等問題造成的測(cè)量其對(duì)角線尺寸精度不高的現(xiàn)狀,提出一種用TMOAA(Tuo's Max Of Acme Algorithm)算法對(duì)陶瓷墻地磚對(duì)角線尺寸進(jìn)行在線測(cè)量的方法。該方法以漸進(jìn)的方式準(zhǔn)確定位陶瓷墻地磚四個(gè)頂角的位置,從而確定對(duì)角線位置并對(duì)其進(jìn)行在線尺寸測(cè)量。同時(shí),還提出對(duì)陶瓷墻地磚的厚度和邊長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行在線測(cè)量的方法。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,所用方法測(cè)量精度為±0.15 mm,可準(zhǔn)確地得到陶瓷墻地磚的各項(xiàng)尺寸,有助于提高陶瓷墻地磚的生產(chǎn)精度。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the traditional method neglects the problems of circular corner and edge of ceramic wall and floor tile, the accuracy of diagonal dimension measurement is not high, a method of on-line measuring the diagonal dimension of ceramic wall and floor tile with TMOAA(Tuo's Max of Acme algorithm is proposed.In this method, the position of the four vertex angles of ceramic tiles is accurately located in a gradual manner, and the diagonal position is determined and the on-line dimension measurement is carried out.At the same time, the method of measuring the thickness and side length of ceramic tile is put forward.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the method is 鹵0.15 mm, and the dimensions of ceramic wall and floor tiles can be obtained accurately, which is helpful to improve the production accuracy of ceramic wall and floor tiles.
