以商洛鉬尾礦為主要原料制備泡沫陶瓷的研究

【摘要】:以商洛鉬尾礦為主要原料、Si C為發(fā)泡劑制備高鉬尾礦含量的輕質(zhì)保溫隔熱泡沫陶瓷。采用萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)、XRD、SEM、電子顯微鏡等分析測(cè)試手段,研究原料組成及熱處理工藝對(duì)泡沫陶瓷結(jié)構(gòu)及性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著商洛鉬尾礦的減少、發(fā)泡溫度的升高、發(fā)泡劑含量的增加及保溫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),均導(dǎo)致泡沫陶瓷的平均孔徑增加,體積密度減小,抗壓強(qiáng)度降低。最終以8℃/min的升溫速度升至1000℃,再以1℃/min升至1140℃,保溫20 min,隨爐冷卻制得體積密度0.33 g/cm3,抗壓強(qiáng)度2.6 MPa,平均孔徑1.2 mm,氣孔分布均勻的高性能輕質(zhì)保溫隔熱泡沫陶瓷材料。
[Abstract]:Light thermal insulation foam ceramics with high content of molybdenum tailings were prepared from Shangluo molybdenum tailings as foaming agent. The effects of raw material composition and heat treatment process on the structure and properties of foamed ceramics were studied. The results showed that with the decrease of molybdenum tailings, the increase of foaming temperature, the increase of foaming agent content and the prolongation of holding time, The average pore size increased, the volume density decreased, the compressive strength decreased, and the heating rate of 8 鈩,
