鎳基高溫合金DZ125激光再鑄層化學研磨的實驗研究

【摘要】:研究了鎳基高溫合金DZ125激光再鑄層組織特征、電化學腐蝕行為,并分析了再鑄層化學研磨的優(yōu)化條件,測試了研磨后基體的熱疲勞性能。研究發(fā)現,DZ125合金激光再鑄層主要為枝晶結構,且強化相γ′相析出較少,激光再鑄層的耐腐蝕性能明顯弱于DZ125合金基體;瘜W研磨溶液保溫在60℃以上、濃度在90%以上時,再鑄層的化學研磨高效可靠,研磨后基體表面光滑,無明顯腐蝕發(fā)生,且基體的熱疲勞性能得到明顯改善。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and electrochemical corrosion behavior of laser recasting layer of nickel-base superalloy DZ125 were studied, and the optimum conditions of chemical grinding of recasting layer were analyzed, and the thermal fatigue properties of the matrix after grinding were tested. It is found that the laser casting layer of DZ125 alloy is mainly dendritic structure, and the precipitation of strengthened phase 緯 'phase is less, and the corrosion resistance of laser recasting layer is obviously weaker than that of DZ125 alloy matrix.
