空間光學遙感器主鏡柔性支撐的參數(shù)化設(shè)計

【摘要】:為提高設(shè)計效率提出了一種空間光學遙感器柔性支撐參數(shù)化設(shè)計方法。分析了溫度變化、裝配誤差兩種工況下對柔性支撐形變的需求。并根據(jù)折衷規(guī)劃理論設(shè)置柔性支撐的優(yōu)化函數(shù),以某空間光學遙感器主鏡所用柔性支撐為例給出柔性支撐參數(shù)化設(shè)計的詳細設(shè)計過程。經(jīng)過參數(shù)化設(shè)計,主鏡柔性支撐基頻達到88.8Hz,溫度變化4℃,鏡面的均方根(RMS)達到5.3nm,0.1mm裝配誤差下的鏡面RMS達到12.9nm,光軸水平1g重力鏡面RMS達到5.0nm。柔性支撐的性能顯著提高并且所有設(shè)計滿足指標。同時設(shè)計過程實現(xiàn)了計算機自動化設(shè)計,大大減少了人力投入,縮減了設(shè)計周期。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the design efficiency, a parametric design method for flexible support of space optical remote sensor is proposed. The requirements of flexible bracing deformation under temperature change and assembly error are analyzed. According to the eclectic programming theory, the optimization function of flexible support is set up, and the detailed design process of flexible support parameterization is given by taking the flexible bracing used in the primary mirror of a space optical remote sensor as an example.
