【摘要】：民用航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)作為高度復(fù)雜和精密的機(jī)械,是飛機(jī)的“心臟”,是推動(dòng)民航飛機(jī)積極蓬勃發(fā)展的源動(dòng)力。民用航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)作為高附加值產(chǎn)品在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中占據(jù)十分重要的地位和作用,而取得適航認(rèn)證是民用航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)入民用飛機(jī)市場(chǎng)的準(zhǔn)入條件。在我國(guó),適航技術(shù)起步較晚,適航相關(guān)的人才資源非常稀缺,適航管理能力有待提高。利用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件技術(shù)研制開(kāi)發(fā)民用航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)適航信息管理系統(tǒng)可以有效提高取證工作效率,將對(duì)適航管理工作起到重要的幫助和指導(dǎo)作用。本文深入研究民用航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)適航取證過(guò)程及取證申請(qǐng)人實(shí)際情況,設(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)發(fā)了民用航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)適航信息管理系統(tǒng),主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:1.深入研究分析了民用航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)型號(hào)合格取證各個(gè)階段的審定任務(wù)、審定流程,并且對(duì)每個(gè)階段涉及的信息進(jìn)行了歸納分析;2.結(jié)合型號(hào)合格取證工作及申請(qǐng)人實(shí)際情況,建立了適航信息管理系統(tǒng)的組織管理模型、人員管理模型、工作流程模型,完成了信息管理系統(tǒng)各個(gè)方面的需求分析;3.對(duì)適航信息管理系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)框架、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、業(yè)務(wù)模塊及開(kāi)發(fā)策略等開(kāi)展設(shè)計(jì)和研究,完成了民用航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)適航信息管理系統(tǒng)的初步設(shè)計(jì)方案;4.基于軟件平臺(tái)的二次開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了適航信息管理系統(tǒng)的客戶化模塊定制,完成了適航信息管理系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)工作。目前,該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在國(guó)內(nèi)某民用航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)所安裝應(yīng)用,并在其取證過(guò)程管理起到了重要的作用。
[Abstract]:As a highly complex and precise machinery, civil aviation engine is the heart of aircraft and the source power to promote the vigorous development of civil aviation aircraft. As a high value-added product, civil aviation engine plays a very important role in the development of national economy, and obtaining airworthiness certification is the entry condition for civil aviation engine to enter the civil aircraft market. In our country, the airworthiness technology starts late, the airworthiness related human resource is very scarce, the airworthiness management ability needs to be improved. The development of civil aero-engine airworthiness information management system using computer software technology can effectively improve the efficiency of forensics and will play an important role in helping and guiding airworthiness management. In this paper, a civil aero-engine airworthiness information management system is designed and developed. The main research contents are as follows: 1. This paper deeply studies and analyzes the task and flow of each stage of civil aero-engine qualified evidence collection, and sums up and analyzes the information involved in each stage. The organization management model, the personnel management model and the workflow model of the airworthiness information management system are established, and the requirement analysis of all aspects of the information management system is completed. The system structure, system framework, database, business module and development strategy of airworthiness information management system are designed and studied, and the preliminary design scheme of civil aero-engine airworthiness information management system is completed. Based on the secondary development of software platform, the customization of airworthiness information management system is realized, and the development of airworthiness information management system is completed. At present, the system has been installed and applied in a civil aviation engine design in China, and has played an important role in the management of the process of obtaining evidence.
