磁流變減擺器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:飛機(jī)在起降過(guò)程中容易受側(cè)風(fēng)及機(jī)場(chǎng)道面等因素的影響而發(fā)生前輪擺振,前輪擺振對(duì)飛機(jī)的地面操控性能、起降可靠性和乘坐舒適性都有不利的影響。當(dāng)前控制飛機(jī)前輪擺振的最有效方法是在前起落架上安裝油液式減擺系統(tǒng),這種防擺措施屬于被動(dòng)控制,對(duì)飛機(jī)載重等因素變化導(dǎo)致的前輪擺振阻尼的改變不能實(shí)時(shí)響應(yīng),其控制效果尚有一定改善和提升空間。因此,本文依據(jù)磁流變?cè)?設(shè)計(jì)了一款新型結(jié)構(gòu)形式的磁流變減擺器,用以改善現(xiàn)有起落架的防擺性能,提升起落架的擺振控制效果。本文所設(shè)計(jì)的磁流變減擺器,基于壓差與剪切聯(lián)合工作模式,采用縫隙通道節(jié)流形式,葉片式結(jié)構(gòu)。利用ANSYS WORKBENCH軟件對(duì)該減擺器的磁路進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì);根據(jù)優(yōu)化結(jié)果,利用CATIA和PROE完成了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和節(jié)流通道的尺寸設(shè)計(jì),并使用AUTOCAD繪制了加工圖紙;完成了該減擺器及輔助試件的加工、裝配、調(diào)試與試驗(yàn)。針對(duì)完成組裝調(diào)試的磁流變減擺器試驗(yàn)件,在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,在某起落架研究所減擺器振動(dòng)測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)上進(jìn)行了阻尼特性試驗(yàn),主要完成了零電流,不同振幅、頻率變化條件下的阻尼特性試驗(yàn);不同電流、不同振幅和頻率條件下的阻尼特性試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明該磁流變減擺器能夠產(chǎn)生最大600N的減擺阻尼力。在通入電流時(shí),同振幅、同頻率條件下,該減擺器輸出阻尼力有一定提高,其最大調(diào)節(jié)倍數(shù)為1.3。該磁流變減擺器能夠提供減擺阻尼實(shí)現(xiàn)阻尼力調(diào)控功能,證明了設(shè)計(jì)的可行性,同時(shí)仍然有不足之處可以改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:The front wheel shimmy is easy to occur during the take-off and landing process. The front wheel shimmy has adverse effects on the ground handling performance, take-off and landing reliability and ride comfort of the aircraft.Its control effect still has certain improvement and promotion space.Therefore, according to the principle of magnetorheology, a new type of magnetorheological damper is designed in order to improve the anti-swing performance of the existing landing gear and improve the control effect of the landing gear.The magnetorheological damper designed in this paper is based on the combined operation mode of pressure difference and shearing and adopts slot channel throttling and blade structure.According to the optimization results, the structure design and the size design of the throttling channel are completed by using CATIA and PROE, and the machining drawings are drawn by AUTOCAD.The processing, assembly, debugging and testing of the pendulum reducer and the auxiliary specimen are completed.On the basis of theoretical analysis, the damping characteristic test of the magnetorheological damper was carried out on the vibration test bench of a landing gear research institute. The zero current and different amplitudes were accomplished.The damping characteristic test under the condition of frequency change, the damping characteristic test under different current, different amplitude and frequency.The results show that the magnetorheological damper can produce a maximum damping force of 600N.Under the condition of the same amplitude and the same frequency, the output damping force of the pendulum reducer is improved, and its maximum regulating multiple is 1.3.The magnetorheological damper can provide the damping damping to realize the damping force control function, which proves the feasibility of the design, and there are still some shortcomings that can be improved.
