【摘要】:綜述了適用于太陽能飛行器的單晶硅太陽電池的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展,主要介紹包括IBC、HIT、HBC、PERC等高效太陽電池的器件結(jié)構(gòu)、研制工藝、性能特點(diǎn)以及在太陽能飛行器能源領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。結(jié)合可能存在的臨近空間環(huán)境特點(diǎn),從轉(zhuǎn)換效率、環(huán)境適應(yīng)性和可靠性等方面對(duì)這幾種太陽電池進(jìn)行了比較分析。
[Abstract]:The research progress of single crystal silicon solar cells suitable for solar vehicles is reviewed in this paper. The device structure, development process, performance characteristics and applications in the field of solar vehicle energy are mainly introduced, including the structure of high-efficiency solar cells, such as IBCHIT-HBC- PERC.Based on the possible characteristics of the adjacent space environment, the conversion efficiency, environmental adaptability and reliability of these solar cells are compared and analyzed.
