長(zhǎng)江口及其鄰近海域沉積物磷的賦存形態(tài)和空間分布

【摘要】:采用SMT磷分級(jí)法研究長(zhǎng)江口及其鄰近海域沉積物中磷的賦存形態(tài)及分布特征,并探討了其影響因子.研究結(jié)果表明,沉積物中總磷(TP)含量為476.91~980.04μg·g~(-1),有機(jī)磷(OP)含量為15.84~139.21μg·g~(-1);而無(wú)機(jī)磷(IP)為主要賦存形態(tài),其含量為421.67~844.86μg·g~(-1),約占TP 72.9%~96.7%.IP中以鈣結(jié)合態(tài)磷(HCl-P)為主,其含量為186.88~431.69μg·g~(-1),占IP的42.3%~57.79%;而鐵/錳結(jié)合態(tài)磷(Na OH-P)的含量最少,其含量為4.17~52.76μg·g~(-1),僅占IP的2.0%~3.3%.空間分布上,不同形態(tài)磷含量具有明顯的時(shí)空變化特征.夏季TP和IP的含量由咸水端到淡水端呈現(xiàn)出先降低后升高,冬季則先升高后降低的趨勢(shì).OP的含量在夏季時(shí)無(wú)明顯分布規(guī)律,而在冬季時(shí)表現(xiàn)出由咸水端到淡水端降低的趨勢(shì).Na OH-P含量在冬夏季均表現(xiàn)為淡水端處較高;HCl-P含量在夏季無(wú)明顯的變化規(guī)律,而冬季時(shí)近淡水端處較高.沉積物粒徑大小影響磷的賦存形態(tài),表現(xiàn)為夏季粘粒對(duì)OP影響較大;冬季粘粒和粉粒與IP存在著負(fù)相關(guān)性,與OP存在著顯著的正相關(guān)性.此外,沉積物總有機(jī)碳、鹽度和堿性磷酸酶活性也是影響磷賦存形態(tài)的主要因子.
