【摘要】：海洋生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的研究既是生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究的重要領(lǐng)域,也是海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)研究的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。運(yùn)用能值分析構(gòu)建中國海洋生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)能值分析模型和指標(biāo)體系,以中國沿海地區(qū)及其附近海域?yàn)檠芯繀^(qū)域,利用2013年的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)中國海洋生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行能值測度。研究表明:(1)2013年,中國沿海各省的海洋生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)總能值為1.70×10~(24)sej,可更新資源能值占主體地位。(2)受沿海各省海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平不同和區(qū)域海洋資源儲(chǔ)量影響,中國沿海地區(qū)海洋生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)能值密度分布差異較大,能值貨幣比率以上海為界,南高北低,高中低3種能值產(chǎn)出率結(jié)構(gòu)并存且以中能值產(chǎn)出率結(jié)構(gòu)為主。(3)中國海洋生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的生態(tài)承載力以高承載力和較高承載力為主,但局部地區(qū)海洋生態(tài)承載力偏低影響區(qū)域海洋生態(tài)系統(tǒng)平衡。中國海洋生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)環(huán)境負(fù)載率較大,環(huán)境負(fù)載率高的地區(qū)與我國海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)高度耦合。(4)從可持續(xù)發(fā)展指數(shù)來看,中國海洋生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的整體可持續(xù)性較好,局部地區(qū)環(huán)境負(fù)載率過大和生態(tài)承載力偏低嚴(yán)重制約著區(qū)域海洋生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The research is an important research field of ecological economic marine ecological economic sustainable development, but also the focus of the study of marine economy field. Using the emergy analysis of construction of marine eco economic system China emergy analysis model and index system of coastal areas in Chinese and surrounding areas as the study area, by using the data of 2013 to measure the level of sustainable development of marine eco economic system of China. Research shows that: (1) in 2013, Chinese coastal provinces of the marine eco economic value is always 1.70 * 10~ (24) sej, renewable resource value accounted for the dominant position. (2) the marine economic development level in different coastal provinces and regional marine resources reserves, marine ecological economy the coastal area China emergy density difference, emergy dollar ratio in Shanghai is bounded by the North South low 3 high middle low rate structure coexist and in energy output The rate of structure. (3) the ecological carrying capacity of marine eco economic system China with high capacity and high bearing capacity, but the local area of marine ecological carrying capacity is low impact the balance of regional marine ecosystem. The environmental system of marine eco economic Chinese load rate is larger, the environment load rate and high area of China's marine economy developed in a high degree of coupling. (4) from the sustainable development index, the overall China sustainable development of marine eco economic good, local area environment load rate is too large and the ecological carrying capacity is low seriously restricts the sustainable development of regional marine economy.
