透平葉片材質(zhì)抗沖蝕能力熱態(tài)綜合實驗研究

【摘要】:對基材鋼(1Cr12Mo、X20Cr13、2Cr12Ni Mo1W1V)、C1(長城1號)涂層、表面處理工藝(6 min與12 min鋼丸強化)三類6種不同氣輪機葉片材質(zhì)在200~600℃的不同沖角條件下的沖蝕率進行了沖蝕實驗。結(jié)果表明:葉片因沖蝕的失重均隨沖蝕顆粒質(zhì)量呈線性變化;15°~25°沖角沖蝕率最大,90°沖蝕率最小;實驗基材的沖蝕率隨實驗溫度提高呈先下降后升高趨勢;2Cr12Ni Mo1W1V在200℃與300℃的沖蝕率高于另兩種材質(zhì),耐沖蝕性差,但在400℃實驗溫度且沖角40°狀態(tài)下沖蝕率低于另兩種材質(zhì);鋼丸強化表面處理工藝對于提升實驗材質(zhì)抗沖蝕特性無明顯優(yōu)勢;C1涂層的沖蝕率隨溫度升高呈先升高后降低趨勢,在高溫條件下具有良好的抗沖蝕特性。
