半球型渦流發(fā)生器結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)污垢沉積的影響

【摘要】:通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬的方法,研究半球型渦流發(fā)生器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)變化對(duì)析晶污垢沉積過(guò)程的影響?疾炝饲蚋C半徑、球凸半徑、球窩與球凸圓心距以及布局對(duì)污垢熱阻的影響。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過(guò)模擬得出球凸半徑變化對(duì)污垢熱阻的影響高于球窩變化產(chǎn)生的影響。球窩前置時(shí)對(duì)污垢熱阻的影響大于球凸前置時(shí)的影響。圓心距對(duì)污垢熱阻的影響呈現(xiàn)波動(dòng)變化的趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The influence of the structural parameters of the hemispherical eddy current generator on the deposition process of crystalline fouling was studied by numerical simulation. The effects of the radius of the ball socket, the radius of the convex ball, the distance between the spherical socket and the convex center of the ball and the layout on the fouling thermal resistance were investigated. The results show that the influence of the radius of the spherical convex on the fouling thermal resistance is higher than that of the spherical socket. The influence on fouling thermal resistance is greater than that on bulbous front. The influence of center distance on fouling thermal resistance shows a fluctuating trend.
