【摘要】：在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)檢測中對機(jī)油壓力的監(jiān)測是保證發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)質(zhì)量的重要一環(huán)。結(jié)合發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷測試原理,建立機(jī)油壓力和機(jī)油溫度關(guān)系曲線;提出機(jī)油溫度補(bǔ)償算法及發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷測試機(jī)油壓力測試工藝參數(shù)制定方法,用以確定機(jī)油壓力是否正確。引入質(zhì)量管理中常用的控制圖分析,從而判定機(jī)油壓力在測試范圍以內(nèi)。運(yùn)用AMESim仿真軟件建立發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)油壓力測試模型,正確設(shè)置相關(guān)的參數(shù),將仿真結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)做比較分析,驗(yàn)證了理論分析和數(shù)學(xué)模型的準(zhǔn)確行,為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The monitoring of engine oil pressure is an important part to ensure engine quality in engine detection. Based on the principle of engine cold test, the relationship curve between engine oil pressure and oil temperature is established, and the compensation algorithm of engine oil temperature and the method of determining the technical parameters of engine oil pressure test are put forward to determine whether the oil pressure is correct or not. The analysis of control chart is introduced to determine the oil pressure within the test range. The engine oil pressure test model is established by using AMESim simulation software, and the relevant parameters are set up correctly. The simulation results are compared with the experimental data to verify the theoretical analysis and the accurate operation of the mathematical model, which provides a reference for practical production.
