新型蜂窩板式換熱器實驗與模擬分析

【摘要】:板式換熱器在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中廣泛應(yīng)用,采用數(shù)值模擬和實驗相結(jié)合的方法對新型蜂窩板式換熱器進行研究。結(jié)果表明:數(shù)值模擬和實驗結(jié)果在合理的誤差范圍內(nèi),驗證了數(shù)值模擬的可靠性。新型板式換熱器內(nèi)部蜂窩結(jié)構(gòu)附近的速度場出現(xiàn)規(guī)律的周期性變化,流體湍流強度增加,Nu和阻力系數(shù)f隨焊孔直徑和蜂窩直徑的增加而增大,通過對蜂窩板在3 000≤Re≤25 000的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果進行關(guān)聯(lián),得到了蜂窩板流動換熱的準(zhǔn)則關(guān)系式,為蜂窩板式換熱器的優(yōu)化提供了理論依據(jù),并為工業(yè)生產(chǎn)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Plate heat exchanger is widely used in industrial production. The new honeycomb plate heat exchanger is studied by numerical simulation and experiment. The results show that the reliability of the numerical simulation is verified by the numerical simulation and the experimental results within a reasonable error range.
