高排氣背壓柴油機(jī)配氣相位優(yōu)化仿真及試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:搭建某16 V增壓柴油機(jī)的一維仿真GT-power模型,并通過試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對模型進(jìn)行標(biāo)定。分別對柴油機(jī)在高排氣背壓下工作時,進(jìn)氣早開角、進(jìn)氣晚關(guān)角、排氣早開角和排氣晚關(guān)角對柴油機(jī)性能的影響進(jìn)行了計算和分析,并且借助多學(xué)科設(shè)計優(yōu)化軟件Isight,采用改進(jìn)的非支配排序遺傳算法對配氣相位進(jìn)行了多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化。最后在尋優(yōu)結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明高排氣背壓下工作的柴油機(jī),配氣相位優(yōu)化的主要方向是通過減小進(jìn)氣早開角和排氣晚關(guān)角以減小氣門疊開角,從而減小高排氣壓力對缸內(nèi)廢氣倒灌以及進(jìn)氣道倒灌的影響;在降低渦前排溫的同時,由于充氣效率的降低,會導(dǎo)致柴油機(jī)的燃油消耗率升高;通過多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化對配氣相位優(yōu)化后,渦前排溫降低了10.9℃,有效地改善了柴油機(jī)在高排氣背壓下的熱負(fù)荷問題。
[Abstract]:One dimensional simulation GT-power model of a 16 V turbocharged diesel engine was built and calibrated by experimental data. In this paper, the influence of the intake early opening angle, the intake late closing angle, the exhaust early opening angle and the exhaust late closing angle on the performance of the diesel engine under high exhaust back pressure are calculated and analyzed. With the aid of the multidisciplinary design optimization software Isight, an improved undominated sorting genetic algorithm is used to optimize the phase of gas distribution. Finally, on the basis of the optimization results, the experimental study is carried out. The results show that the main direction of valve phase optimization for diesel engine operating under high exhaust back pressure is to reduce the valve folding angle by reducing the inlet early opening angle and exhaust late closing angle. In order to reduce the influence of high exhaust pressure on the exhaust gas recharge in cylinder and inlet the fuel consumption rate of diesel engine will be increased because of the decrease of aeration efficiency while reducing the temperature of vortex front exhaust.
