【摘要】：以內(nèi)設(shè)W型擾流肋葉片的傳熱通道為模型,應用Ansys軟件進行網(wǎng)格劃分、條件設(shè)置及計算。以W型擾流肋葉片導流角α為研究變量,研究α的變化與通道模型整體換熱效果及兩相摩擦損耗的關(guān)系,并將研究結(jié)果應用Matlab軟件進行尋優(yōu)。結(jié)論如下,α為46.7°的內(nèi)置W型肋片的通道整體換熱效果最好,α為30°時的通道摩擦損耗最小。
[Abstract]:Based on the heat transfer channel of a W-shaped spoiler blade, the Ansys software is used to divide the mesh, set the conditions and calculate it. The relationship between the variation of 偽 and the overall heat transfer effect of the channel model and the friction loss of two phases is studied with the guide angle 偽 of the W-shaped spoiler blade as the study variable. The results are optimized by using Matlab software. The results are as follows: the channel heat transfer efficiency is the best when 偽 is 46.7 擄and the friction loss is minimum when 偽 is 30 擄.
