溫度對增壓二甲醚發(fā)動機性能的影響

【摘要】:以一臺增壓二甲醚發(fā)動機為研究對象,研究進氣溫度和燃料溫度對二甲醚發(fā)動機性能的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明,進氣溫度升高,燃燒滯燃期縮短,放熱率曲線往前移,預混合燃燒的峰值降低,預混合燃燒在整個燃燒過程中所占比例減小;進氣溫度升高會導致發(fā)動機油耗率上升,排溫升高,NOx排放增加。二甲醚燃料溫度的影響比進氣溫度升高,燃料溫度增加會導致發(fā)動機功率下降。額定工況點下,當燃料溫度由28℃升高到40℃時,發(fā)動機的功率由192.1 k W下降到168 k W,下降12.0%。二甲醚溫度每升高1℃,二甲醚發(fā)動機功率平均下降1.0%。
[Abstract]:The effects of inlet temperature and fuel temperature on the performance of a turbocharged DME engine were studied. The experimental results show that with the increase of inlet air temperature, the combustion delay period is shortened, the heat release rate curve moves forward, the peak value of premixed combustion decreases, and the proportion of premixed combustion in the whole combustion process decreases. The increase of intake temperature will lead to the increase of engine fuel consumption rate and the increase of exhaust temperature and the increase of no _ x emission. The influence of DME fuel temperature is higher than that of inlet temperature, and the increase of fuel temperature will lead to the decrease of engine power.
