【摘要】：國(guó)有企業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱,控制著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的命脈,對(duì)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起著非常重要的作用。國(guó)有能源企業(yè)是國(guó)有企業(yè)的重要組成部分,隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷成熟,國(guó)有能源企業(yè)必須面對(duì)市場(chǎng),增強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí),在籌資、投資、決策和分配等財(cái)務(wù)活動(dòng)中,不斷提高企業(yè)盈利的能力,防范營(yíng)運(yùn)和財(cái)務(wù)管理中可能的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),確保企業(yè)資金的安全。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)有能源企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理現(xiàn)況的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合財(cái)務(wù)管理理論分析其問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:State-owned enterprises are the pillar of the national economy, control the lifeblood of the national economy, and play a very important role in the development of the national economy. State-owned energy enterprises are an important part of state-owned enterprises. With the maturation of market economy in our country, state-owned energy enterprises must face the market, enhance their risk awareness, and in the financial activities such as financing, investment, decision-making and distribution, etc. Continuously improve the profitability of enterprises, guard against possible risks in operation and financial management, and ensure the safety of corporate funds. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the financial management of the state-owned energy enterprises, this paper finds out the existing problems, analyzes the causes of the problems in combination with the theory of financial management, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
