發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)再制造清洗技術(shù)生命周期成本分析

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)特別是工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,造成了大量工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)制造和報(bào)廢處理,一方面既產(chǎn)生了資源浪費(fèi)和能源短缺問(wèn)題,另一方面也給生態(tài)環(huán)境造成了巨大壓力。再制造是一種以節(jié)約資源能源、保護(hù)環(huán)境為出發(fā)點(diǎn)的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式。近年來(lái),我國(guó)再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭迅猛,已經(jīng)成為世界上重要的再制造中心之一,并且在基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)用研究和技術(shù)應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)等方面也走在了世界前列。但我國(guó)目前的再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)仍處于發(fā)展的初級(jí)階段,關(guān)于再制造的相關(guān)研究還不夠深入,相關(guān)理論和方法還不夠完善。目前關(guān)于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)再制造清洗的研究多是從技術(shù)角度進(jìn)行的開(kāi)發(fā)和研究。考慮再制造行業(yè)的特點(diǎn)及發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)再制造清洗的技術(shù)特點(diǎn),發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)再制造清洗具有獨(dú)特的清洗目標(biāo)和要求,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)再制造清洗不能直接復(fù)制其他行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。再制造清洗更決定了再制造產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和成本,并直接關(guān)乎再制造的可行性。因此,迫切需要對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)再制造清洗技術(shù)進(jìn)行成本分析。本文在分析再制造、生命周期、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)理論和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)再制造清洗技術(shù)和生命周期成本的相關(guān)研究,確定了研究問(wèn)題。以再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)為背景,以發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)再制造清洗技術(shù)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),采用生命周期成本方法進(jìn)行分析。首先,結(jié)合產(chǎn)品生命周期和技術(shù)發(fā)展周期理論,對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)再制造清洗技術(shù)的生命周期階段進(jìn)行劃分。將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)再制造清洗技術(shù)的生命周期成本劃分為研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)階段、制造加工階段、使用維護(hù)階段、報(bào)廢處置階段成本,以及單獨(dú)核算的環(huán)境成本。其次,根據(jù)各階段所消耗的費(fèi)用,建立生命周期成本分解結(jié)構(gòu)。并綜合利用不同的成本估算方法對(duì)各階段成本進(jìn)行估算,建立發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)再制造清洗技術(shù)的生命周期成本分析的簡(jiǎn)單模型。之后,以某再制造企業(yè)所用的清洗技術(shù)為實(shí)例,估算了其生命周期成本。另外,對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)再制造清洗技術(shù)的生命周期成本進(jìn)行了敏感性分析,從定量角度研究了有關(guān)因素的變化對(duì)目標(biāo)指標(biāo)的影響程度。預(yù)先選定的敏感性因素為環(huán)保政策和技術(shù)進(jìn)步,通過(guò)實(shí)例的敏感性分析進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,表明了環(huán)保政策和技術(shù)進(jìn)步的變化對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)再制造清洗技術(shù)的生命周期成本的影響。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economy and society, especially industry, has caused a large number of industrial products to be produced and disposed of. On the one hand, it has produced the problems of resource waste and energy shortage, on the other hand, it has also caused great pressure to the ecological environment. Remanufacturing is a kind of circular economy development mode, which is based on saving resources and protecting environment. In recent years, China's remanufacturing industry has developed rapidly and has become one of the most important remanufacturing centers in the world, and has also been in the forefront of the world in basic application research and technology application development. However, the current remanufacturing industry in China is still in the primary stage of development, the related research on remanufacturing is not deep enough, and the relevant theories and methods are not perfect enough. At present, the research on engine re-manufacturing cleaning is mostly from the technical point of view of development and research. Considering the characteristics of the remanufacturing industry and the technical characteristics of the engine remanufacturing cleaning, the engine remanufacturing cleaning has unique cleaning objectives and requirements, and the engine remanufacturing cleaning can not directly replicate the experience of other industries. Remanufacturing cleaning determines the quality and cost of remanufactured products and directly relates to the feasibility of remanufacturing. Therefore, there is an urgent need for cost analysis of engine remanufacturing cleaning technology. In this paper, based on the analysis of the theories and methods of remanufacturing, life cycle, technology and economy, combined with the related research of engine remanufacturing cleaning technology and life cycle cost, the research problems are determined. Taking the remanufacturing industry as the background and the engine remanufacturing cleaning technology as the starting point, the life cycle cost method is used to analyze. Firstly, combined with the theory of product life cycle and technology development cycle, the life cycle stage of engine remanufacturing cleaning technology is divided. The life cycle cost of engine remanufacturing cleaning technology is divided into R & D design stage, manufacturing and processing stage, usage and maintenance stage, scrap disposal stage, and environmental cost accounting separately. Secondly, the life cycle cost decomposition structure is established according to the cost consumed by each stage. A simple model of life cycle cost analysis of engine remanufacturing cleaning technology is established by synthetically using different cost estimation methods to estimate the cost of each stage. Then, the life cycle cost of a remanufacturing enterprise is estimated by taking the cleaning technology used in the remanufacturing enterprise as an example. In addition, the life cycle cost of engine remanufacturing cleaning technology is analyzed, and the influence of the factors on the target index is studied from the quantitative point of view. The sensitivity factors selected in advance are environmental protection policy and technological progress. The results of sensitivity analysis show that the change of environmental protection policy and technological progress has influence on the life cycle cost of engine remanufacturing cleaning technology.
